Leaving a review to hopefully get a response. I left luggage for almost two weeks. They said they closed early that day so I had to drop my luggage off quickly. I now need to pick up my bags early, but the store is closed during its listed open hours. I am hoping I can come very early in the morning tomorrow to retrieve my luggage, as it is important for my work trip. EDIT* staff responded to email so I am able to pick up my bags early.

Very convenient location: a 5-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella train station and the Accademia Gallery. But above all, the friendly and helpful staff makes you feel at home even though you're thousands of miles away. I highly recommend it. Thank you, and see you soon.
